The K2B is a flight suit of US origin. It is the most common flight coverall used during the Vietnam war. These were made from a cotton material treated in a borax solution. Colors avaliable were sage green, indian orange, tiger stripe, ERDL camo. The K2B differs from the later Nomex flight suit in use today by the US and NATO allies from the materials used as well as the use of press studs (Nomex flight suits use velcro instead).
