The GSSH-01 6M2 is Active Hearing Protection of Russian origin. As part of the Ratnik program, it is the new standard issue for most of the Russian Armed Forces.

The GSSH-01 6M2 was made to be worn underneath the 6B47 helmet. It provides noise dampening for loud sounds while amplifying softer ones.
History[]
GSSH-01 6M2 Active Hearing Protection was in use by Russian forces in the Syrian Civil War.[1]
